Describe how the solution amplitude changes as the frequency

Describe how the solution amplitude changes as the frequency is tuned from below to above resonance?

Solution

At resonance the tuning fork viberates at the natural frequency and at resonance we observe the maximum viresations

or in other words at resonance the amplitude is maximum.

when the frequency is lower than the resonant frequency then the amplitude is lower then what we observe at Resonance.

As the frequency is moves close to the resonant frequency that is as it moves up the amplitude increases as well.

And it reaches the maximum amplitude at resonance , and once the frequency goes above the resonance frequency the amplitude decreases and it again reaches its minumum amplitude value.

And this cycle repeats itself.
