The neurons are have no capability of division but have growing power when they are at embryonic origin so that the alpha & gamma motor neuron length and amount of myelination around these neurons in buffalo is lower compared to the amount of myelination around the mouse. So that the action potential mediated through the axons of myelinated motor neurons are higher in mouse so that they rapidly produce motor responses compared to the buffalos in which action potential conduction speed is lower
