1. training is a temporary activity which helps an individual to enhance and update his skills related to an activity or a task. usually training is a formal activity where the requirements and schedule can be prepared by the employer and is an activity. where as learning is a continuous process, which helps an individual to update himself, to grown and to perform in a better way than past. it is an informal activity and not designed or scheduled by any other. the individual will decides himself what should learn, from where should and what the is the right time to learn.

the first step is developing ideas, it speaks about what the person wants to learn, what he is looing for. in this case, i want to learn car driving, so my actions should be in avway to fulfill my need.
in second stage i should find the car driving scholls, and joined with them.
in third stage, by performing the activity with help of professional driver guidance i could learn driving.
in fourth stage, i can implement what i learned. in this example i can drive a car by own with out support of any other person. because by the time i becomes as expert.
