Caleb is 9 years old and an avid wrestler. Whenever he visits relatives and plays with their dogs he ends up in the hospital with an acute asthma attack.

Solution

1. i would suggest caleb to stay away from dogs or any king of pets, because it shows that he is allergic to dogs due to which he gets the asthama attack.

2. make him sit straight which will help him to breathe and then provide him with a broncodilator mostly by oral route.

there are other routes also but oral is the one which is affective and with least side affects. we have to consider this as the broncodialator is a sterol.

3. a broncodialator would be helpful to caleb as is ashthama what happens is that broncoconstriction happens due to which he has problem breathing, and a broncoconstrictor helps the bronchious to relax and brathe properly.
