3000 [(1+0.12/2)(2 *1.5)] (1+0.16/4)(4 * 2) = 4889.99
5000[(1+0.12/12)(12 * 3)] (1+0.16/4)(4 * 0.5) = 7737.60

Total = 4889.96 + 7737.60 = 12627.59
