=(2sinxcosx)/(cos2x-sin2x +1)

=(2sinxcosx)/(2cos2x)

=(2sinxcosx)/(2cosxcosx)

cancel out 2cosx in numerator and denominator

=(sinx)/(cosx)

=tanx
