My personality type comes out to be INTJ.

To some extent I do agree with this indicator but in certain cases I do find that some other personality factors are prominent in my case. Such as, F is a bit more prominent in my case than T.

With this test, (assuming that the answers are provided completely based on their way of looking at things rather than answering it based on pre-pared solution), you can assess your employee\'s natural working type and leverage their strengths to the benefit of the organization. Also, this will help you entrust a certain type of job-responsibility to an employee whom you think is suitable, depending upon their personality type.
