Answer the question neartly clearly please As detailed as p
Solution
The reactin A+B+ heat -------->C+D is endothermic reaction as heat is absorbed during the course of reaction.
The system is at equilibrium, K= Equilibrium constant = [C][D]/[A][B]
Reaction coefficient , Q= [C][D]/[A][B]
when A or B is added, its concentration increases
Q= K, the system is at equilibrium, Q<K, the system proceeds towards products and Q>K, the reaction proceeds towards reactants.
when [A] or [B] is added, Q decreases and will be <K. So the reaction proceeds towards products that is more C and D is fomred.
The reaction being endothermic, when the system is cooled, as per Lechatlier principle, the reaction proceeds in a direction where there is heat generation. In the reverse reaction , heat is generated and hence reverse reaction, i.e C+D ------>A+B takes place.
when heat is added, the opposite reaction takes place, i.e A+B ----->C+D takes place.
