The two carpenters have decided to go out on their own and see if they can get small residential jobs. What do you suggest that they do as they proceed into this new area?

She wants to expand into a few more locations. She has the capital to purchase the needed inventory. Since her father\'s death, she owns the business which is currently in her name. What do you suggest for this successful entrepreneur as to a form of organization to be used?

1. The carpenters are moving for residential job 1^st they should focus on small repairing work as they will give experience how job is done in residential segment and what are the customer expectations for you. In this segment people are more quality conscious so one should maintain the quality standards to win the further order.

2. as a friend I will share all the details of the property and try to convince them to be the partner in our new setup as the property is on a prime location so the investment will not fail it will always give higher returns.

As one of my friend is professional athlete and other is doctor so we can go in business in which both are familiar it’s the sports segment. As both the personalities will have too many followers so it will be easy to promote the sports & gym equipment. As there is always high demand of quality sports and gym equipments so it will take very less effort to gain the sale.

3. They want to organize these activities in a business there is always an option for it. They can tie up with different hospitals around different states which can allow them to use their operation theater and they can pay the hospital a share from their profit. It will be the win win situation for both the parties as hospital will get free advertisement and new customer will add up to their hospital and the surgeons will get a platform to perform their work.
