a. The element of communications are:

1. Sender: He intends to convey the message or information

2. Ideas: The message or information which is being communicated

3.encoding: Conversion of message into tangible element such as words, symbols etc

4. communication channel: The medium htorugh which message is communicated such as paper, voice etc

5. Receiver: The person for whom the message is intended

6. decoding: Receiver decodes the message and understands it. If the receiver understands the language, he will decode the message

7. Feedback: This ensures that receiver has understood the message in the same manner sender meant it

b. The forms of communication are

Verbal(Oral) communication: This form of communication has advantage of recieving immediate feedback thus reducing any confusion

Written Communication: This form of communication can be recoreded and can be kept for eternity. This communication is helpful when the sender and reciever are not available at same time frame or time zone

Non verbal communication: This communication helps us to learn the tone of the message. Also it helps us to guestimate the truthfulness of the message.

c. Comminication network is a network where each node is a sender as receiver. There are multiple receivers as well as senders in the network. The lines of communication is given by n(n-1)/2 where n is given by number of nodes
