2. Organization can expect them to stay longer. Hence this saves on lot of cost, viz- new employee induction, training, lost business, productivity etc.

3. They adhere to the policies and practices in place and contribute effectively. That way, organizations needn\'t bother much about their activity and organization\'s image.
