1 -Answer) I am simple, civilised personality and polite, as civility for me anything which are not influence by misbehaviours, inhospitality and inhuman practices.

Civility is that create a positive environment and health culture in society.

2-Answer) I was seen a retailer roughly scolding to a sales person because of sales person went to that detail shop for selling and marketing of product that particular retail point and he wait for the shop owner for discussion but shopkeeper not given single time and scolded him and warned him to not entering the retail points.

3-Answer) by following way we teach civility to our employees-

1)    By training and development.

2)    Creating proper rules and regulation on civility.

3)    Create an awareness programs.

4)    I explain the advantage of civility.
