Part (a): Things to move in a circles at constant speeds

Think of a Meery Go Round which is being rotated at a constant speed. Now think of a boy/girl standing on it. This seems to be the best example of something going in circles at constant speed.

Part (b): Things that move up and down, side to side or back and forth regularly

Think of a spring that has been suspended in an enironment with zero air resistance(vacuum) and has been stretched and then left to oscillate. It would continue to move up and down periodically. For side to side and back and forth motion, think of a clock pendulum.

Part (c): Things that increase and decrease regularly

Again, think of a weight suspended with a string. As it it given an impulse, it oscillates and then dies down. Again, when hit, it begins to oscillate to eventually die down. I hope this helps.
