Solution

Conflict of interest arise due to mis communication, difference in ethicss and values, psychological factors between persons etc. Resolving such conflict situations required a good intermediator from the human resouce management side and must be a skilled communicator. The dilemma formed will actually create huge disparity and it can spread across team and biggesr size of organisation which will leads to unrest . Thus human resource professional may not be able to judge the innerlines of requirement or hidden motto of the conflicts.Monitoring becomes difficult if the level of conflict and number of people invovled in conflict is high. Moral dilemma is a situation which can be resolved only when all the parties are on the same page of values and ethics. If there is a disupte in that and clash between their interest then it is difficult to communicate transparently with them which may leads to more issues.
