Elements that contribute to the decision making and processing information are as follows:-
1)Need recognition- Initially consumer recognise the need .need recognition occurs when there is imbalance between actual state of consumer and desired state of consumer .marketer create this difference and fill it with goods and service.
2)Information search - once consumer gets need or wants he gather information from friends,relatives this is called external information,gathering information from own past experience is called internal information.
3)evaluation of alternative - once information is gathered consumer will look towards evalute the alternatives that is available in the marketer.
Marketer has to be very alert once consumer has recognised need it means he is ready to buy product but question for consumer is what is best and from where to buy.marketer to convert lead in to sale has to show all benefits of buyin product and try to satisfy his need until his need will not satisfy there is no purpose of buying a product for him.therefore marketer has to focus on to ready him to buy your product.once he ready to buy your product it itself is proof your product is best because after gathering all information and evaluation of alternative he is buying your product.you dont need to speak for yourself now.
