Moment of inertia of a ball = (2/5) * M.R^2

= (2/5) * 0.20 * (2.7* 10^-2)

= 0.5832 * 10^-4 kg m2

Moment of inertia of a cylinder = 1/2 *m. r^2

= 0.5 * 0.4 * (0.5 * 10^-2)

= 0.05 * 10^-4 kg m2

Ratio of inertia = Moment of inertia of a ball / Moment of inertia of a cylinder

= 0.5832 * 10^-4 / 0.05 * 10^-4
