Organizations are comprised of folks with varying personality types, backgrounds, and experiences. Leaders have a significant responsibility to motivate team members to work together to achieve organizational goals. How does the attitude of leaders and/or managers impact the success or failure of an organization? Please provide an example from your professional experience or from a business publication such as Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, etc.

The leaders and mangers should adopt democratic and transformational ledership style. The good and right attitude of the leaders will bring success to the organization. The three leadership style which will bring success to the organization are as follows
1. Democratic leadershiip - This kind of leadership motivates employees to come up with new ideas in work place. The leaders boost employee\'s morale because they are equally liable to make contribution to the decision-making process.
2. Transactional - This kind of leadership style allows manager to perform and provide rewards or punishments to their team based on performance. The managers and employees sets goals together and employee follow the leadership to acomplish goals.
3. Transformational - This leadership style depends on high level of communication from management to perform goals. It requires involvement of mangement to meet goals.
The leadership style has always been democratic in most of the task in the organization. I asked my peer group to come up with idea or suggestion and we as a team implement to enjoy the share of success in the organization. The attitude of my senior is friendly which creates a good relationship between the leader, team and top level managers. The correct attitude will help to create trust factor in the organization
