We know that initially all the capacitors act as perfect conductors with zero resitance. Hence we can say that the voltage will be

So botht the 25 ohm resistors coupled with the capacitors will be omited from the circuit as no current wil pass through them. hence we write the net resitance as

R = 75 +15 + 50*25/75 = 106.66 ohm

V = 100 * 75 /106.66 = 70.31 V
