Music labels and online stores need to work together to respond to Pandora and offer a new service because every day more and more users are streaming music through Pandora and stop buying cd`s or purchasing online music. They just pay for the subscription of Pandora and stream all the music.

Instead of charging $0.99 for every song, the music labels should offer the same streaming service that Pandora has but with the differences that you will have all the music available there, if you haven’t notice there are bands that you cannot find in Pandora due to exclusive rights, it would be illegal to stream it, I believe this is the market they need to pursue.

Another tactic would be that music labels seat with phone carriers and make arrangements so each time a user is listening to music through their new service this will not reduce from their data plan.
