The national labor relation board protects the right of employees in private sector through unionization process, collective bargaining and taking care of unfair labor practices. Federal labor relation authority provides guidance to leaders in federal sector in establishing policies and procedures for solving labor relations issues and disputes.
All the individuals who are the employees of public sector and private sector can form a union. According to national labor relations board, all those individuals are excluded to form a union who are employed in the federal, state, local government, unemployed individuals, and independent contractor. According to federal labor relation authority all public sector employees are excluded.
