Conflict theory says that the society is divided into two groups. They differ into the resources that they hold in the society. The conflict arises in them as the one group tries to control and power the other group and in turn wants to get hold of the thoughts and their motions. This idea get into another phenomenon where the weaker gets more weak and then their thought precess is not left with something that makes us to get help with.
Pluralist perspective is that in which the society is been divided into two parts one is managers and others are workers. In Consensus perspective this is just the opposite. The society is jjust a form of a family in which all have same say and no divergent groups exists.
