You are given carte blanche to use and suggest any means possible (without breaking any laws!) to achieve this goal. Provide an overview of the blueprint that you will implement. This should take into account, inter alia, the root causes of unemployment, and the desire to balance equity with efficiency.

When one goes about trying to devise policies to reduce unemployment in the economy, one must throughly understand the characteristics of the economy. Various socio. economic, political , cultural and linguistic characteristics have to be considered.

In a developing conutry , the most rampant form of unemployment is disguised unemployment. so to reduce employmen,training and education have to be given in schools and universities to make students aware of what other starems are available. they have to be encouraged to opt for challenging roles and career and/or study choices. Seminars and workshops have to conducted to educate them about the economy in general adn update with developments in various fields.

When it comes to reducing unemployment in a developing country, Poverty is one of the main reasons that leads to increase in school drop outs and low attendance ratio. Schemes to encourage students to attend school have to be created. for example, the mid-day meal in schools in India is an effective way to reduce poverty, malnutrition and enhace education.

The government should work on creating employment in the form of self employment and entrepreneurship in the economy. Ideas such as SHG and women specific groups can be encouarged with subsidies and funding opportunities or interest free loans from teh government. The government should work on creating an effeicient working of MSME (micro, small, medium industries), given that more population is involved in such activities(developing nation).

The organisations or MNCs should work on creating employment in the form of division of labour and specialisation is needed. for this to happen, Constant R & D and innvation is needed.

the government, more than anything, should concentrate on effective implementation of such policies ina n equitable manner. No discrimination based on education, income, sex or caste.
