Strategic Human Resource Management
Human Resource Management is the central or main activity for overall growth of the company as well as employees of the company. As its term human resource management its main work is to deal with human and take maximum utilization for the company without exploiting them.
Strategic human resource involves attracting, rewarding, developing and retaining of employees for the benefit of both company as well as individual employees. The role of strategic human resource management is to obtain organisational gaol by using its best manpower and retain them at reasonable cost because employees are importance resource of the organisation. The categories that include in HR are:-
1.Recruiting:- First job of Hr manager to evaluate man power requirement, after that recruitment will start. It may be internal or external. In internal source of recruitment employees are recruiting from internal sources means from inside organization. From external recruitment means selecting and hiring from outside of the organization. There is wider scope of choosing best employees for the specific role.
2. Training:- After the recruitment process completed next step is to train them by expertise or by trainer. In training process they learn various things regarding their work and organization behaviour. Training is very important to reduce loses of row material to avoid any chance of accident in the organization.
3.Benefits:- Human Resource is also responsible for forwarding benefits to its employees which is giving by organization such as bonus, healthcare benefit allowance, pension, Provident fund, Gratuity, and other benefits for the family of its staff.
4.Compensation:- Human Resource is also responsible for right compensation for right person such as health benefits, travel allowance, daily allowance, leave allowance. For example compensation of the Director is differ from compensation of General manager of any department.
5. Performance Appraisals:- Other main work of human resource is performance appraisal. It is most important thing to do in HR.
