in which direction should a bicyclist lean when going around
in which direction should a bicyclist lean when going around curve
Solution
He should lean towards the center of curve such that there is no tendency of tipping.if he did not lean then only friction force is there which balancing the tipping due to centrifugal force, but if he lean then normal reaction will not center of mass and hence also contribute with friction such that tipping wont occur.Hope this will help!
