If I want to sample student records and I do so by randomizing the records and choosing randomly from students that are grouped by major to insure that I have the correct percentage of each major in my sample, what kind of sample is this?

This is D, stratified random sampling. It\'s not cluster sampling because we are selecting the students, not the majors.
