Answer:The contents in AX register is moved to the Base indexed [BX][DI]+4 .

Reason:

1.Base index plus displacement adressing modes are small change of the base/index adressing modes are probably the inclusion of 8 bit or 16 bit constant.

2.AX is an accumlator and it is one of the general purpose register.it contains two 8-bit registers AL and AH.They are able to join and utilized as a 16-bit register. AL is lower order byte and AH is higher order byte.it is utilized in I/O and string operations.
