Solution

I would say:

\"If you have any further questions, please don\'t hesitate to e-mail me.\"

(I use this often in e-mails at work).

For #2 I would say:

\"I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me.\" OR \"Your help would be greatly appreciated.\"

(I\'d then probably tag a \'thank you\' on the end as well).
