first i will check about the financial reserves of the company, if i think they are available and even we can raise from different sources if the plan is suitable, then we will proceed.

first i will ask about the plan or strategy what they are going to be implement with the money. is it an upadation of existing system or new system. if it is new system, how about the success rates, is there any one who implemented it and succeeded. if it is new one, the brief analysis of the project. and now what is the reason they wants to establish it. what are the benefits which our company is going to be get and how long it is going to be enjoy the benefits in the competitive market.

what other departements should modify or integrate with the new project or system. is there any negitive impact on those departments? do they ready to follow the new one or restricted to change. if the integration or renovation is required, how long it takes to complete it. do the employees require any training to perform work in new system or no need. if the training is required, to whom it is required and how long the training should be conducts. for that what resources we should gather and how much it costs.
