monk is a person who doesnot have any personal goal or self benefit in the society. he lives to spread spirituality in society which fills much happiness in the society. they works to fill joy in human community by accepting the nature and reality and show a way to reach god. these people always speaks about the journey of a soul after death and before birth.

all these sayings and the way the people lives is attracted by most of the people. the reason is they are truths and no one deny them. and one should know that spirituality is the highest stage in the huamn life. the one who reached this stage is equals to god.  Benedict\'s concerns were the needs of monks in a community environment, he focused to establish due order, to foster an understanding of the relational nature of human beings, and to provide a spiritual father to support and strengthen the individual\'s ascetic effort and the spiritual growth that is required for the fulfillment of the human vocation and soul.
