Youre going to set up a highavailability share configuration

You’re going to set up a high-availability share configuration with failover clusters. You have four sites, and three will have cluster nodes. Site1 has three cluster nodes, Site2 has four cluster nodes, Site3 has two cluster nodes, and Site4 has no cluster nodes. What quorum configuration should you choose for this configuration? Describe some new quorum  features in Windows Server 2012 R2 that will make configuration easier and improve cluster availability.

Solution

when you configure with application for high availability there will be two types those are clusture and generic.

      clusture is a service which is used to work on failover clustering feature and generic service or application can work in the clusturing environment. The clustering abilities in windows12/R2 includes the following like

DFS namespace server, DHCP server, DTC, File server, Hyper V replica broker, iSCM target server, iSNC server, message queing, virtual machine, WINS server.

Install the multi path server and then create failover cluster and these all can improve the cluster availability. verify that the disk managements are available in services.
