Turn Ratio of a transformer

I\'m getting very confused when it comes to Turn Ratios of a transformer...in many solutions on here I\'m seeing R = V2/V1 whereas everywhere in my book I have seen its Vprimary/Vsecondary

Example: in this question:

Would the turn ratio be R = 200V/1000V = 0.5 ?? or would it be 1000V/200V = 5 ?? Just getting a bit confused

Turns ratio =200/1000 i.e primary ti secondary only
