Answer ) Outsourcing is a huge step,tso when company hire some external agent or some other company to perform whole or some part of operation . But the question of which activity to outsource is one of the most important. As a sole owner of a business , I never out source the marketing right or saling operation .As i have to be careful in not to give my firm\'s competitive advantage to others. To retain control over market is one the mimimum aspects of good going of business.

If my firm is already a good market share in particular price or service levels in a geographical area, The outsource may not only impact the market share , values , culture but some time customer belife and trust as well.it’s very important for sole ownership business not to change any operations link to the customers directly.

So, at any situation , i\'ll not prefer to outsource my sales operation .
