Is it worth it to pay more for a brand names Why or why not
Solution
ANSWER:
In my opinion paying more for brand names are a huge waste of money thus are not worth. With a high sticker price, the brands are well-known for being indicator of wealth. Since people are paying more than they required to when they could get similar stuff at a cheaper cost therefore it is huge waste of money. Big name brand clothing lines market their products as ‘in style’ and cool; however such clothes are no different than the non-brand clothes except for their high price and logo.
Today, it is very common to see brand names almost everywhere we look. Nearly 20-25% of the clothing sold at outlets for brand name stores, such as New York, Neiman Marcus, Barneys, Saks Fifth Avenue, comes from the actual curated inventory from the last fashion season. The remaining 75-80% of clothes comes from factories that specifically create the product for the outlets. Thus instead of receiving quality goods, a consumer will receive products that were mass produced like several other generic brands. Thus in my opinion it is not worth to pay more for a brand name
