moles of HNO3 reacting = M*V

= 0.250 M * 0.500 L

= 0.125 mol

Same mol of NaOH is reacting

Both will react to form 0.125 mol of NaNO3

volume of solution = 500 mL + 250 mL

= 750 mL

= 0.750 L

So,

[NaNO3] = moles of NaNO3 / volume in L

= 0.125 / 0.750 L

= 0.167 M

Answer: 0.167 M
